Jacque brings a systems perspective shaped by a career spanning science, entrepreneurship, and higher education leadership. Through Keltrow Solutions, she partners with colleges, universities, and companies on strategy, organizational design, leadership development, and industry–academic partnerships. Her largest engagement is with the Total Experience Learning® (TExpL®) Institute at Alvernia University and ConvergeEd, LLC, supporting the expansion of the TExpL instructional framework into more schools and districts.

For seven years, Jacque served as President of Albright College, the first alumna to lead the college. Under her leadership, Albright:

​

• launched two new schools

• rose in the U.S. News rankings from below #200 to #146

• took its nationally ranked fashion program to New York Fashion Week

• built its partnership with Total Experience Learning

​

She also created and hosted the award-winning podcast Albright Out Loud. Before Albright, she served as Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs at the University of Richmond and as Dean of Wake Forest College.

A computational biophysicist by training, Jacque was Reynolds Professor of Computational Biophysics at Wake Forest. She co-founded GeneFormatics, a biotech software company, where she served as Chief Scientific Officer and helped raise $50M in venture capital. Her research has produced five U.S. patents, more than 90 publications, and nearly $3M in funding.

Jacque is the Vice Chair of the Reading Hospital Board of Directors. Her extensive board and advisory service also includes roles with QuantumBio Inc., the Whitaker Center for Science and the Arts, the Penn State Harrisburg Board of Advisors, and the External Advisory Board of the Center for Medical Innovation at Penn State College of Medicine. A certified yoga teacher (CYT), she brings attention to balance and well-being to her work with leaders and teams.

Jacque holds a Ph.D. in Biological Chemistry from Penn State College of Medicine, with postdoctoral research at the University of Rochester and the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research at MIT.

Brian is a seasoned technology professional with over 40 years of experience in computer science, data science, and information technology. He possesses a strong academic foundation, holding degrees in Chemical Engineering (UC Berkeley), Biochemical Engineering (MIT), and Computer Science (SUNY Albany).

His career spans both industry and academia. Brian has held key technical and management roles in several early-stage companies within the biopharmaceutical, computational science, and information management sectors.

​

In 2003, he transitioned to academia, joining the Computer Science faculty at Wake Forest University. Brian currently serves as Data Scientist at the Total Experience Learning Institute at Alvernia University in Reading, PA, where he leverages his expertise to support their mission of enhancing the lives and communities of learners and educators through innovative data-driven solutions.
